Return Policy (Australia)
This return policy applies to Hemp Black products purchased online at hempblack.com.au.
Hemp Black garments in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition (with hangtags attached) may be exchanged or returned for a full refund up to 30 days following the original date of purchase. Hemp Black's Return and Exchange policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use/accidents.

We recommend that you return your items using a trackable postage method. Hemp Black will not be liable for parcels lost in transit.
Please allow two weeks for your parcel to be returned to us. Once we receive your return parcel back to our Warehouse, we typically process returns within 2-3 business days. Please note that refunds may take 5-7 business days to return to your original form of payment.
Please note that the cost to return items to our Online store is at the customers expense.
Personal Protective Wear Returns
Due to the nature of our personal protective wear range, returns and exchanges are not permitted on the Fusion Face Mask or Fusion Flex Gaiter except in circumstances where a Consumer Guarantee (refer below) is applicable.
Please refer to Consumer Guarantees below for detail on return of faulty goods.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you can return most products within 30 days from the purchase date provided the following conditions are satisfied:
- Proof of purchase must accompany the product being returned. You will need to provide an original Hemp Black receipt or online tax invoice which includes reference to the item you are returning; and
- The product must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached and in resalable condition; and
- it must not have been damaged or altered in any way by you.
You have statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (known as Consumer Guarantees) that are in addition to and are not limited by any other return policy, statement or comment we might make.
If a Consumer Guarantee is not met, for example if a product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or to be compensated for any drop in value of the product (if you keep it).
The Consumer Guarantees do not apply where, after sale, the product is damaged through misuse or abnormal use.
