The BioPallet is good for Industry because it offers a near identical alternative to plastic pallets without sacrificing strength, durability, or price. Not to mention the BioPallet is a first mover in biobased pallets and falls in line with federal purchasing mandates around biobased products.

Our goal is to reduce reliance on petroleum-based inputs by integrating biobased and renewable materials. Most plastic pallets are made with virgin plastic compounds or recycled plastic compounds. The BioPallet is made with a proprietary combination of recycled plastic compounds and biobased inputs (meaning biogenic material).

The BioPallet is good for the planet because it combines recycled plastic (for durability) and biobased materials. Biobased materials substitute petroleum-based inputs and therefore reducing our reliance on fossil fuels.

A biobased product is any non-food, feed, or fuel materials that are wholly or partly derived from biological origin, including marine and forestry materials as well as renewable chemicals. The BioPallet is made with raw materials which are environmentally friendly alternatives to petroleum.

Have no worries! Biobased and biodegradable are separate terms. The Hemp Black BioPallet is a durable product and will not biodegrade. For a product to biodegrade, it must be formulated to do so and then put under the appropriate biodegradation conditions. This BioPallet combines biogenic material with recycled plastic, reducing environmental impact, adhering to commercial, industrial safety standards. Our goal is each BioPallet produced can be reclaimed and remade into a new product and material.
